How to choose your first reading
12 September 2026 · ASTRUM
You do not need to learn astrology before deciding which format interests you. Start with your question rather than the name of a method: would you like to explore yourself, your interaction with another person or one specific situation?
When you want to explore yourself
A birth-chart reading is the broadest of these formats. It covers personality, feelings, communication, interests and relationships using birth details. It is a symbolic interpretation to compare with your experience, not a scientific personality test.
If you do not know your birth time, do not choose one at random. Indicate that in the form. Some details will be excluded, and the limitations will appear before payment.
When you are curious about a relationship
Compatibility compares two charts; it does not answer on someone else’s behalf. It can offer a symbolic look at differences in communication and expressions of care. It cannot establish whether someone loves you or what they intend to do.
You might use the reading to help put questions into words for a conversation. The real answers still belong to the two people involved, not to the chart.
When you prefer a birth-date-only format
ASTRUM’s matrix uses your birth date and our own numerology method with 22 symbolic archetypes. No time or city is needed. It is not a 22-Tarot-arcana system, so its result may differ from matrices you have seen elsewhere.
When you have one specific question
A horary reading uses the moment you confirm a question, rather than your birth details. It has limits: we do not accept questions about health, pregnancy, death, guilt, gambling or financial decisions. The method does not provide reliable knowledge of the future.
